The Members page shows everyone with access to your organization and lets you
invite new teammates. Find it under the settings section of the dashboard.
Roles
Mavel has three roles. When you invite someone, you choose which role to assign.
The Owner role is set when the organization is created. Admins and Members are
assigned at invite time.
Inviting a teammate
Open Members
Navigate to the Members page from the account settings.
Enter the email address
Type the email address of the person you want to invite.
Choose a role
Select Owner, Company Admin, or Company Member from the dropdown.
Send the invite
Click Invite. Mavel sends an invitation email to that address.
The invitation includes a link the recipient must click to accept. Invitations
expire if not accepted. The recipient will need a new invite if theirs lapses.
The invite email goes to the address you entered. Make sure it is correct
before sending: there is no way to resend to a different address without
creating a new invite.
Revoking access
Each row in the member list has a Revoke button. Clicking it immediately
removes that person’s access to the organization and all its projects.
How project access works
Membership is at the organization level: an invited member can see all
projects that belong to the organization. There is no per-project access
restriction within a single organization.
For agencies running multiple clients: the project boundary is the right
sharing boundary. A client-facing contact should be invited into an
organization that contains only that client’s project, not your whole agency
portfolio. Use separate organizations (each with its own subscription) to keep
client data isolated.
If you need to give a client view-only access to their results, invite them
as a Company Member into a dedicated organization created for that client.
